A proactive and highly driven director with over 25 years’ experience in international HR, Compensation and Benefits arena. Nikki is a strong leader with sound business acumen and a very professional, flexible and creative approach towards business and employee engagement.
She has significant experience in the design and implementation of a wide variety of strategic projects ranging from international acquisitions and the transition of employees, to the design and implementation of international compensation and benefit strategies. Nikki’s strength in communication and training brings significant weight to ‘change’ projects where the need to ingrain new processes and procedures effectively are critical to the long term success of the project.
The late David Nairn had over 40 years' experience with a background within blue chip consulting. His experience included working for British Medical Association, Autoglass in Australia and the USA, Pepsi-Cola in Europe, Saudi Arabia and Africa, Quaker Oats in the UK and Ciba-Geigy (now Novartis) in Europe. Project focus was always on improving the working practices in order to optimise the overall performance.
David had wide experience implementing management development tools with teams of varying sizes. His common thread was always to leave the client team with increased skills, and with ownership of the project.
Peter has over 15 years' of HR consultancy experience. His wealth of local and global expertise includes: design and delivery of cross-organisational pay and grading solutions; pay modelling design to assess P&L impact linked to remuneration; benchmarking; performance management; appraisal systems; complete design and delivery of job evaluation process; culture definition; market pay assessments; equal pay audits; executive remuneration, union negotiation and designing and delivering training solutions.
Peter is highly driven towards employee engagement, with huge capability of providing an excellent solution when it comes to talent management tools.
Lauren has over 10 years’ experience as a Human Resource specialist with over 6 years' experience working in the UK and the Middle East. She is process driven with the ability to look at the organisation as a whole and the finer details. As a passionate talent specialist Lauren is able to navigate and assist companies with all areas of HR including, but not limited to, job description design and evaluation, benchmarking, grade evaluation, performance management and employee engagement.
Lauren has experience in a wide range of sectors with expert knowledge in defence, healthcare and media/advertising. She is able to deliver effective HR Solutions to create a progressive and productive workplace. Her previous accolades include receiving awards from ‘The Great Place to Work’ which singles out companies to become an employer of choice.
Sarah has over 13 years' experience in providing board level insight and advice, project development and execution together with ongoing HR guidance and support. Sarah is a supremely competent manager of human capital. One of her other qualities is compassion. She genuinely cares about our clients' teams and takes a huge amount of pride in providing support to the businesses she engages with.
Sarah has experience in a wide range of sectors, but has expert knowledge of independent marketing, advertising and digital agencies.
Lee has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector. Lee has gained experience as an advisor, a manager, and has also served as sales & marketing director to several companies.
With a passion for providing the best in class service and advice, Lee now directs the service strategy, advice quality, and workflows of the UK Financial Services team.
Neil has over 20 years' of global corporate experience to draw upon: in pharmaceutical sales & marketing, strategic development, licensing & acquisitions, IT, HR and global project management. His experiences took him from Lilly Industries to Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline before joining the financial services industry. In addition to this he has had the experience of management within the social and sporting sphere: he was Captain of Wentworth Golf Club, in the UK, in 2008.
Andrew demonstrates passion, integrity, empathy and oodles of experience coupled with professional qualifications and decades of helping people achieve their financial ambitions.
Since 1991, Andrew has been a professional adviser helping clients from all walks of life from the wealthy to those not so fortunate, but still in need of assistance in achieving their goals. Whether this is helping the children of clients or pro-bono advice at the Citizens Advice Bureau, everyone is treated to the same impartial and unbiased advice.
Having moved to Dubai early in 2010, Andrew now heads up the International Financial Services provisions for Q&A.
